Google Search for Issuers — live in 5 working days

Every asset we produce carries the required risk language and never implies a return. That is not a constraint we work around — it is how we work.

Method

Four moves, in this order

1

Audience

We define who should see the page: interests, geography, and lookalikes built from the list you already have.

2

Creative

Landing page, video, ad sets and email sequences — produced, then tested against each other.

3

Traffic

Paid media across the platforms that will accept the category, with small test budgets before anything scales.

4

Measure

Impressions, click-through rate, cost per click, cost per page action. Written, weekly, in plain numbers.

ImpressionsReach delivered
CTRCreative efficiency
CPCCost per click
Page actionsOn your site

We report media metrics, and only media metrics. What happens after someone reaches your page — whether they invest, how much, and whether your round closes — is determined by you and your funding portal. We do not measure it, do not forecast it, and take no part in it.

In short

What this actually commits us to

  • Media spend is paid by you directly to the platforms, not through us
  • Minimum term of three months, so the testing has time to mean something
  • If a campaign is not the right move, we tell you in the first reply
  • Written report every week: impressions, CTR, cost per click, page actions
Eligibility

Not every raise is allowed to advertise

Public communication is a right that comes with the exemption you filed under. Before we quote anything, we check which one applies to you — and if advertising is not permitted, we say so and stop there.

We can run campaigns

Regulation CF

Public communication about the offering is permitted, within the rules that apply to it.

Regulation A+

Public communication about the offering is permitted, within the rules that apply to it.

Rule 506(c)

General solicitation is permitted where all purchasers are verified accredited investors.

We decline these

Rule 506(b)

General solicitation is not permitted. We do not run campaigns for offerings under this exemption.

Section 3(c)(7)

Qualified purchasers only. Outside the scope of our media services.

Section 3(c)(1)

Limited to 100 investors. Outside the scope of our media services.

This is our own operating rule, not legal advice. Which exemption governs your offering is a question for your counsel — we work from what you tell us and what your filed documents say.

Packages

Scope decides the price — not your raise

The package follows the work: how many platforms, how many creative variants, how deep the production goes. The fee is fixed in the agreement at the start and is never recalculated against what you actually raise.

Reviews

What issuers say afterwards

Rated 4.8 out of 5 across 90 reviews.

They handled platform verification, which had blocked us for six weeks on our own. That was worth the fee by itself.
CFO · Reg A+ issuer · clean energy
The founder video is still the asset we send when someone asks what we do. Eighteen months on, it has not dated.
Co-founder · Rule 506(c) issuer · healthcare
Our list had gone cold. The nurture sequence brought a measurable share of it back to the page without us writing a word.
Head of Investor Relations · Reg A+ issuer, tier 2 · fintech
The deck design took our figures and made them legible. We did not change a number, and it read completely differently.
Chief Marketing Officer · Reg CF issuer, second round · software
Professional throughout. We would have appreciated a faster first draft on the video script.
Marketing Director · Reg CF issuer, second round · consumer products
The media side was excellent. We would have liked more input on the creative concepts early on.
COO · Reg A+ issuer, tier 2 · real estate
FAQ

The questions we get asked first

We already have a list. Does that help?

Considerably. An existing list is the strongest starting signal there is — it feeds nurture sequences and builds lookalike audiences that perform far better than cold targeting.

Will you introduce us to investors?

No, and this is deliberate. We do not identify, screen, qualify, introduce or advise investors, and we never handle subscriptions or funds. All traffic goes to your own page, where your process begins.

What if a platform rejects our ads?

Financial advertising is a restricted category almost everywhere, and each platform has its own verification. We confirm eligibility during intake, before any budget is committed, so rejections are handled before they cost you time.

Why is the fee fixed rather than performance-based?

Because performance-based fees on a capital raise create exactly the wrong incentives, and in many cases are not permitted at all. $3,500 buys a defined scope of work, and that is the whole arrangement.

Is media spend included in the fee?

No. Media budget is paid by you directly to the platforms and sits outside our fee. We plan it, place it and report on it, but the money never passes through us.

What happens when the round ends?

You get a final report and everything we built: creative assets, audience data, tracking setup. It is yours, and it stays useful for whatever comes next.
